Payment
We offer three ways to pay for your merchandise:
1. Credit Card - You pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
2. We will invoice you - You can open an account with us by filling out our simple credit application or sending us your credit information. We will mail you a bill, and our terms our net 30.
3. C.O.D. - We can ship to you on a 'cash on delivery' basis. There will be $9.00 per box additional charge added to your order total. You give your check or cash to the driver that delivers your package.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our products, or the service you receive, you are welcome to return your products within 30 days for a full refund. Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Refunds will be made in the same manner as payment was received. For your convenience, a return slip is provided with every order. Simply provide the information requested, and return to the address listed. We suggest insuring the return, for your safety. Credit can only be given for merchandise returned in "as-new" condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Special Orders are not returnable.

SHIPPING CHARGES
We happily ship to locations in the United States and Canada.
Choose your shipping method:
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is via UPS Ground Service. Delivery time varies depending upon location. East Coast orders will be received in 2-4 business days. Mid- Country 3-5 business days and West Coast 5-7 business days. The charge for standard service is 9% of your order total, with a minimum shipping charge of $6.00.
2 Day Air: UPS 2nd Day Air Service is available.
The charge for this service is 16% of your order total for orders within the 48 contiguous states. Minimum charge of $12.50. Call for rates for Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US Territories.
Overnight: UPS provides Next Day Air Service for your time sensitive orders. This service provides a guaranteed delivery time of before 10:30 a.m. Please call Customer Service at 800-544-4744 for overnight charges.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US Territories: The charge for shipping to these areas is 18% of your order total. Minimum charge of $12.50.
Canada: The shipping charge is 18% of the order total with a minimum of $12.50. This charge is for shipping only. All other duties, taxes, customs broker fees and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact UPS for an estimate of these charges.
Oversized Items: Items showing this symbol are oversized and require a shipping surcharge. This charge is listed in parentheses after the item price or noted below item box and is in addition to regular shipping charges.
Out-of-Stock Items: If an item on your order is out of stock. You will be notified within 24 hours from the Customer Service Representative.
